Editorial & Corrections Policy

Who writes this content

Content on crmfornfp.com.au is written by the Mayasoft Solutions team who build and support the CRM for NFP platform. Product information is drafted by our implementation and product leads. Regulatory-adjacent content (DEX reporting, ACNC governance, NDIS, CHSP, Australian Privacy Principles) is reviewed against primary source documents from dss.gov.au, acnc.gov.au, and other Australian government sources before publication.

How we review claims

  • Product claims are checked against what is actually shipped in the current CRM for NFP build. If a feature is on the roadmap and not yet in production, we mark it as roadmap.
  • Regulatory claims are anchored to primary government sources and dated. Regulatory guidance changes over time; we date-stamp regulatory pages so readers know when they were last reviewed.
  • Third-party claims (Microsoft partnership status, Azure data residency, integrations) link to the vendor's own documentation.
  • Client-specific claims and testimonials are only published with the client's written approval.

How we handle corrections

If you find an inaccuracy, an out-of-date figure, a broken link, or misleading language, email editors@mayasoft.com.au with the URL and the correction. We aim to review corrections within one business day and publish updates within three business days for material factual errors.

Substantive corrections are noted at the bottom of the affected page with a date stamp. Minor typos and copy edits are made silently.

AI content disclosure

We use AI tools as writing assistants for outlining, drafting, and copy-editing. Every published page is reviewed and approved by a human before going live. We do not publish AI-generated content that has not been fact-checked and edited by a Mayasoft Solutions team member.
