Self-service portal for clients and members

Secure login, update details, submit forms, pay memberships online. Built on Microsoft Power Pages, integrated with your CRM.

When to add a portal

Portals make sense when clients or members need to do things themselves: update details, view their information, pay memberships, register for events, submit forms.

Not every NFP needs one immediately. But if you're fielding constant "update my address" requests or members want to pay online, a portal reduces admin burden.

Common portal use cases

Update contact details

Members or clients log in and update their own information. Changes sync automatically to the CRM.

Pay memberships online

Members renew and pay via Stripe. Membership status updates automatically.

Register for events

Members see upcoming events and register online. Staff see registration lists in the CRM.

Submit forms or requests

Clients submit service requests, applications, or feedback forms. Staff process them in the CRM.

Security model

Portals use the same security architecture as the main CRM: record-level permissions, field-level security, audit trails. Users only see what they're authorized to see.
